About this role
As an Intern in our Product Management team, you will be working closely with senior product managers as well as a diverse range of stakeholders across our commercial, marketing, operations and engineering teams.  You will play an important role in the definition and execution of product analysis, design, documentation, rollout and optimisation across a range of features and initiatives, ultimately contributing to valuable solutions for our customers and merchants and the growth of ShopBack’s network.

This position is open for H1 2027 (December/Jan - Jun/July) applications.

  • Provide analytics support to product initiatives in your associated business functions including creating business cases to justify taking or not taking actions
  • Champion a better experience for users by 1) being the voice of users with the insights you generate; 2) collectively shaping & prioritizing feature decisions with quantitative input; 3) taking a sense of ownership on metrics and tracking to improve UX
  • Collaborate with PMs and local commercial partners to explore, recommend and drive alternative solutions end to end based on use cases and prioritization
  • Capture requirements from different stakeholders for new features, providing both a summary and the detail to ensure those features are successful
  • Able to document, clarify, and break down processes into logical steps. Able to communicate these processes effectively either in written format or flow charts
  • Has the ability to problem solve by breaking-down a problem into its component parts
  • Capacity to communicate succinctly, with clarity and thoughtfulness
  • Is able to provide actionable feedback on user interface and user experience designs
  • Is able to interpret data and identify patterns to make hypothesis-driven decisions
  • Is proactive with self-learning by reading documentation and seeking out domain experts

  • Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months, full time
  • Proficient in using SQL and familiar with software development processes is a plus
    • Agency - We take ownership and act, rather than waiting for permission. When something's blocking progress, we find a way through it and follow through until it's done.
    • Judgement - We aim for high-impact decisions, not just easy wins, and we put the bigger picture ahead of individual interests. That means moving quickly and confidently, while staying thoughtful about when a call really matters.
    • Learning Velocity - We pick up new skills fast and let go of old habits just as quickly when something better comes along. We benchmark ourselves against the best and keep raising our own bar.
    • Tenacity - We stay in it when things get hard, keeping a level head under pressure. We debate openly before deciding, then commit fully — and support each other along the way.
    • Career growth opportunities to take on greater challenges that help you realise your ambitions.
    • Be part of a winning team on a journey to global scale.
    • Competitive compensation based on performance.
    • Candid, open, and collaborative culture where feedback is valued.
