Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end post-sale process, including artwork proofing, invoicing, and generating accurate shipping quotes.

  • Input and process orders with 100% accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and product specifications.

  • Monitor order progress to ensure all customer requirements are met and delivery deadlines are honored.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for urgent inquiries when Sales Representatives are unavailable.

  • Proactively inform customers of any potential delays, arrange delivery dates, and resolve queries regarding their orders.

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the company’s product catalog to provide helpful solutions and support to clients.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production and design departments to ensure artwork and orders are processed effectively.

  • Develop and maintain meticulous digital filing systems to track sales records and provide necessary data to the finance department.

  • Generate regular reports on sales activity and order status for leadership.

Requirements

  • Organizational Mastery: Ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume tasks without letting details slip through the cracks.

  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in order management systems, CRM software, and basic financial/reporting tools.
