Project Manager

The Project Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive project management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • →Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
• →Address stakeholders' concerns and foster positive relationships.
• →Ensure that project deliverables meet the defined quality standards and align with client expectations.
• →Conduct thorough reviews and validations to guarantee the overall success of the project.
• →Analyze project performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.

• 8-15+ years' experience managing projects in the petro/chem industry in a consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. A licensed engineer is preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Extensive experience in project management, including a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven experience in budget management and resource allocation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project challenges.
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
