We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to help keep our technicians moving efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

  • Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Alternating Saturdays (with Thursday off that week)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
  • Prioritize emergency and high-priority customer calls
  • Optimize technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate updates between customers and field technicians throughout the day
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
  • Maintain accurate customer information and service records
  • Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage dispatch operations
  • Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every interaction
  • Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Prior customer service/dispatching experience
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and hold others accountable
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software preferred
