HVAC Service Technician

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $30–$40/hour + Weekly Bonuses & Spiffs

• →Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• →Service gas furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, heat pumps, zoning systems, and hydronic heating systems.
• →Perform annual maintenance and preventative service.
• →Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners.
• →Complete repairs efficiently while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• →Identify opportunities for additional services and maintenance agreements.
• →Accurately document work performed in ServiceTitan.
• →Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service.

• Residential HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely work on ladders.
• Professional HVAC tools.
• High school diploma or GED.
