HVAC Service Technician

We're looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about helping homeowners, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to grow with an established company.

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while educating homeowners on their equipment and recommending solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability.

• →Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning systems, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, hydronic systems, and other HVAC equipment.
• →Perform annual maintenance and preventative service on residential heating and cooling systems.
• →Educate homeowners on system operation, preventative maintenance, and energy-saving recommendations.
• →Present repair and replacement options while identifying opportunities to recommend additional services, products, and maintenance plans.
• →Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• →Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency service.
• →Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• →Remain flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and business needs.

• Previous residential HVAC service experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience servicing air conditioners, gas and oil furnaces, boilers, zoning systems, and hydronic systems.
• Experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work safely on ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
