Permit Coordinator

$21–$23 per hour

We're looking for a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping projects on track. • →File, track, and close permits for residential installation and service projects
• →Schedule pre- and post-installation inspections with customers and municipalities
• →Coordinate utility shut-offs and required inspections with utility companies and third-party agencies
• →Work closely with the Install Coordinators, Dispatch, and Frontline Managers to ensure permits are completed on time
• →Manage local and state contractor license renewals
• →Track permit statuses and compile weekly and monthly permit reports
• →Maintain and update permit requirements for each municipality
• →Develop and improve permitting procedures and internal processes
• →Serve as a professional point of contact for customers, municipalities, and utility providers

• Experience processing residential permits
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with municipalities, utility companies, and internal teams
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
