• →Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• →Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, fixtures, and sewer/drain systems
• →Present repair options and solutions to homeowners
• →Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• →Participate in an on-call rotation

• Illinois Plumbing License (required)
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Great communication and customer service
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently

• ServiceTitan experience
• Sewer camera and hydro-jetting experience
• Backflow or Cross-Connection Certification
• Experience selling maintenance memberships
