QA Lead

• →Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
• →Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• →Coordinate and execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• →Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• →Track, report, and manage defects using test management tools.
• →Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of ensuring software quality in complex projects.
