Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
- →Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- →Coordinate and execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- →Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
- →Track, report, and manage defects using test management tools.
- →Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
- Proven track record of ensuring software quality in complex projects.
