• →Collaborate with business units to gather, assess, and validate new requirements.
• →Prioritize and align initiatives with organizational strategy and long-term objectives.
• →Evaluate effort, cost, and expected benefits to support decision-making for new projects.
• →Organize and maintain the demand backlog before handing it over to Business Analysts for detailed analysis.
• →Ensure that proposed initiatives are feasible, aligned with resources, and deliver measurable value.
• →Support continuous improvement of delivery and demand management processes.

• 4+ years of experience in IT delivery management, demand management, or business analysis.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of strategic alignment, benefit analysis, and project prioritization frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple requests and manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience with Appian BPM or other low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of portfolio management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow.
