At SimonMed Imaging, the CDL Fleet Driver plays a critical role in expanding access to women’s health services by operating and supporting mobile imaging units across the state. This role ensures patients in communities throughout Arizona receive safe, reliable, and convenient access to screening services.

This is a highly hands-on, field-based role that combines professional driving, equipment setup, and operational support. If you take pride in safety, reliability, and supporting healthcare access in diverse field environments, this role delivers meaningful daily impact.

Safe and skilled driving expertise: You confidently operate Class A or B mobile medical units, including maneuvering, backing, parking, and site positioning in varied environments.

Operational and setup proficiency: You ensure mobile units are fully prepared for patient care through proper leveling, setup, breakdown, and site readiness within tight timelines.

Strong safety and compliance focus: You follow DOT regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company safety standards while performing daily inspections and maintaining accurate logs.

Hands-on maintenance capability: You complete generator checks, fluid inspections, sanitation routines, and basic system maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Reliable communication: You stay in close contact with site coordinators and clinical teams, ensuring clear updates on travel timing, site conditions, and operational needs.

Professional patient support mindset: You assist patients when needed and help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming mobile environment.

Purpose-driven field work: Your role directly expands access to life-saving mammography screenings across communities throughout Arizona.

Independent, travel-based work: Experience a dynamic field role with daily and weekly travel, typically returning home each night, with occasional overnight assignments.

Hands-on operational ownership: Manage the full readiness of mobile units—from transport and setup to sanitation and daily system checks.

Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality service delivery.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid CDL Class A or B required
• Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience required (5 years preferred)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (7 years preferred)
• Strong ability to maneuver, back, and park large commercial vehicles
• Working knowledge of DOT safety standards and HIPAA guidelines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to perform basic mechanical checks, sanitation, and equipment setup
• Ability to work independently in field-based environments
• Willingness to travel daily across assigned regions within Arizona

• Field-based mobile imaging environment with daily travel across Arizona counties
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and manual equipment handling
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Extended periods of sitting while driving and operating mobile units
• Exposure to outdoor environments and variable weather conditions
• Must remain reachable during working hours for operational coordination

• Active CDL (Class A or B) required
