→5-8 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
→Proven experience leading full software or product development lifecycles, preferably in Agile environments.
→Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
→Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
→Experience in audit, quality management, and portfolio management is an added advantage.
→Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CITPM, COMIT, PMI) is preferred.
→Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
