Job Description We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Land Surveyor in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities Conduct land and infrastructure surveys using modern surveying instruments. Operate Total Station equipment for accurate site measurements and mapping. Verify survey data and prepare reports for project execution teams. Inspect and supervise survey-related project activities at construction sites. Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure survey accuracy. Identify existing infrastructure networks and utilities before project execution. Prepare survey drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and related software. Ensure compliance with project specifications and surveying standards. Required Skills Land Surveying – Expertise in infrastructure and construction surveys. Total Station Operations – Hands-on experience with modern surveying equipment. AutoCAD – Ability to prepare and review survey drawings. Infrastructure Network Knowledge – Understanding of existing utility networks in Dubai. Inspection & Supervision – Experience monitoring and verifying field activities. Preferred Skills GIS software knowledge. Civil engineering project exposure. Advanced survey data processing skills. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in land surveying, particularly in infrastructure-related projects. Experience in inspection, supervision, and the use of modern surveying instruments is essential. Familiarity with Dubai's infrastructure networks and project environments is highly preferred. Education Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying Engineering.
