Mechanical Design Engineer

? About the Role We are a HR/Recruitment Consultancy hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for one of our reputed clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, designing, and improving mechanical components and systems while ensuring manufacturability, cost efficiency, and compliance with engineering standards. ? Key Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software (SolidWorks / AutoCAD / Creo, etc.) Design mechanical components, assemblies, and systems based on project requirements Perform engineering calculations and design validation Support prototype development, testing, and design modifications Coordinate with production, manufacturing, and quality teams Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications Participate in design reviews and implement improvements Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and design reports ?
