Key Responsibilities Inspect and evaluate mechanical systems and equipment for operational efficiency. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment. Maintain technical records, reports, and maintenance documentation. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to mechanical processes. Required Skills Mechanical Systems Knowledge – Understanding of mechanical equipment and components. Troubleshooting Skills – Ability to identify and resolve equipment issues. Maintenance Practices – Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. Technical Documentation – Ability to prepare reports and records. Engineering Fundamentals – Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles. Preferred Skills CAD software exposure. Industrial safety awareness. Lean manufacturing or process improvement knowledge. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess relevant mechanical engineering experience or a Mechanical Engineering Degree/Diploma. Typical experience range for this role is 0–5 years in manufacturing, maintenance, production, or engineering environments. Freshers with strong mechanical fundamentals may also be considered.
