Monitor project progress and update timelines regularly. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders. Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Track resource utilization and project productivity. Support budgeting and cost-control activities. Ensure project milestones are achieved within planned timelines. Required Skills Primavera P6 – Project scheduling and baseline management. Project Planning – Developing execution and delivery plans. Resource Planning – Efficient manpower and equipment allocation. Progress Monitoring – Tracking project performance and milestones. Cost Control – Supporting budget and expenditure tracking.
