Planning Engineer

A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Civil Planner / Cost Controller to join its growing project team.

• →Prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and recovery plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• →Monitor project progress, critical activities, delays, resources and procurement schedules
• →Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, cash flow, cost-to-complete and budget-versus-actual reporting
• →Prepare S-curves, manpower histograms, progress reports and management dashboards
• →Support variation claims, EOT documentation, quantity monitoring and subcontractor performance tracking

Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying qualification
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects
Mandatory exposure to both industrial and residential projects
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project and Advanced Excel
Experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, cost monitoring and progress reporting
Knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, construction sequencing, resource planning and variation management
