Production Line Supervisor

Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Line Supervisor for a readymade garment manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for supervising production activities, managing workforce productivity, ensuring quality output, and maintaining smooth production flow. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily garment production operations. Manage and coordinate a workforce of 60+ employees. Monitor production targets and line efficiency. Resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production. Coordinate with management and production teams for timely delivery. Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the shop floor. Required Skills Strong tailoring knowledge and practical garment manufacturing experience. Production line supervision. Workforce management (60+ manpower). Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Production planning and coordination. Quality monitoring. Preferred Skills Knowledge of garment production processes. Team leadership. Communication and reporting skills. Continuous improvement mindset. Experience Requirements 3–8 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing. Previous experience supervising production lines preferred.
