Summary You will be responsible for developing and qualifying high-quality pipelines of physicians (MD/DO) and advanced practice providers (NP, PA, CRNA, CNM, etc.) for both locum tenens and permanent positions. Your role is crucial in ensuring a swift and compliant candidate flow to recruiters, optimizing response rates, and reducing the time-to-submit and time-to-fill metrics. Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Location: Remote (Offshore). Flexibility to engage candidates across time zones; occasional evening/weekend outreach as needed. Responsibilities Pipeline Building: Proactively source MD/DO and APP talent by specialty and state using platforms like LinkedIn, DocCafe, Definitive Healthcare, referrals, social groups, and internal CRM/ATS. Develop market maps by specialty, location, and license (e.g., IMLC states) and maintain ready-now talent pools. Outreach and Engagement: Execute multi-channel cadences (email, text, phone) with compelling value propositions tailored to locum and permanent role motivators. Achieve speed targets: time-to-first-submit within 48–72 hours of new job intake. Screening and Qualification: Verify candidate availability, specialty fit, board status (ABMS/AOA), certifications (DEA, CSR, BLS/ACLS, PALS), state licensure, IMLC eligibility, malpractice history, case logs/procedures, EHR experience, compensation/rate expectations, shift preferences, call, location/travel readiness, and start timelines. For permanent roles: assess relocation needs, compensation structure expectations (base/guarantee/productivity), and ties to geography. For locum roles: confirm 1099 readiness, travel/lodging flexibility, timesheet reliability, and credentialing timelines. Data Hygiene and Reporting: Maintain rigorous tagging, notes, and stage updates in ATS/CRM. Track outreach volumes, response rates, and funnel conversion. DEI, Compliance, and Brand: Uphold HIPAA and all applicable privacy rules. Follow TCPA/CAN-SPAM for outreach. Represent the company brand professionally. Requirements Requirements: 2+ years of experience in healthcare staffing (locums/permanent) preferred; high-volume sourcing in a niche industry acceptable if a fast learner. Familiarity with physician and APP specialties, terminology, and credentialing/privileging steps. Proficiency with ATS/CRM and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, DocCafe, major healthcare boards). Strong written and phone communication skills; high attention to detail and follow-through. Process discipline and urgency; comfortable with measurable weekly targets. Understanding of 1099 vs W-2, rate/salary structures, IMLC licensing, and typical locum travel logistics. Nice-to-Have Prior agency experience in locums or permanent roles for physicians/APPs; NALTO-aligned practices. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for simple reporting and list management. Work Model and Tools Company-provided ATS/CRM, sourcing tools, and cadence templates. Clear intake checklist and margin/rate floors for qualified job orders.
