Some people just know how to talk to others. They notice when someone is struggling, they find the right words, and people leave the conversation feeling better. If that sounds like you, we'd love your help.

Review conversations with Ash and tell us what's working and what isn't. You'll join a small group of reviewers, compare notes, and help shape what "great" looks like in an Ash conversation.

• You work (or have worked) with people, for example in teaching, coaching, counselling, mentoring, customer support or hospitality, or you've studied psychology or education

• Friends and colleagues come to you when they need to talk something through

• You come across as flexible, warm, honest, confident and attuned to others, and you can spot these qualities in someone else

• You write clearly in English and enjoy thinking about why something landed or didn't

Some conversations touch on emotionally difficult topics. You must be 18 or over to apply.
