Techno Functional Lead Business Analyst - Credit Risk

Responsibilities:
Functional support of business production activities for RWA and Provision closings
Functional analysis of user requests and provide the resolution for the requests
Implementation of enhacement requests along with developers
Create a detailed business analysis by outlining problems, opportunities and solutions. Accurate and consistent delivery of committed artifacts by being attentive to detail and adhering to agile development methodologies.
Develop new testing scenarios by enhancing the efficiency of existing processes. Optimize the existing business processes by meeting expectations of stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in Banking, Credit Risk, and Market Risk domains with knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale business analysis initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Extensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management across Business and IT teams.
- Skilled in preparing BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and BDD scenarios.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, continuous delivery, and Agile-at-scale practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in complex environments.
- Hands-on experience in SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
- Lead UAT, testing strategy, test planning, and functional validation to ensure solution quality.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to improve business efficiency, controls, and risk management outcomes.
- Experience with Change and Release Management processes and governance frameworks.
- Conduct workshops, functional reviews, training sessions, and change management activities.
- Mentor and coach junior business analysts while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Effective communicator with strong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated team player with experience working in global onshore-offshore banking delivery models.
