POSITION SUMMARY: The position is responsible for ensuring that the goods being received comply with the company’s standards with strict adherence to policy and procedures. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: With one (1) year experience in the same capacity, preferably in receiving operation in the hotel industry Overall Job Responsibilities Ensure to receive delivery of goods that complies with the standards of the company – strictly following the Centralized Receiving Policy and Procedures. Perform 3-way matching during receiving process to make sure that the invoice and purchase order tallies physically with the goods being received. Weigh or measure the goods being received whenever possible to validate the indicated specifications. Fill out the Daily Invoice Monitoring Sheet (DIMS) to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and that none is missing. Post the invoices of the received items timely and accurately and prepare the receiving report if necessary. Prepare and submit the invoices with issues report accurately and update them in a timely manner. Regularly coordinate with procurement to resolve the invoices with issues. Timely coordinates with end-users once the received items are ready for pick-up. Requirements KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS College graduate or college level Should be computer literate - Microsoft word, excel and knowledgeable in inventory management systems, preferably MC Fidelio, Ariba, and the likes With good communication skills, possess an excellent work attitude and a high level of integrity Should be customer service oriented
