The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing creative, high-quality, and on-brand visual materials for print, digital, and electronic communications. The role supports marketing, promotional, instructional, and internal communication requirements by translating briefs into effective visual outputs. The position requires: Strong design and production skills Attention to detail Ability to work independently Willingness to learn AI-enabled creative tools Basic animation and motion design capability Requirements Experience Required: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, marketing, advertising, or creative production Experience in animation, motion graphics, or video content is an advantage Familiarity with AI creative tools is an advantage Basic knowledge of: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Canva Animation Ability to use AI tools for: Image generation Layout support Creative ideation Retouching Production efficiency Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Adobe InDesign Adobe Acrobat
