Position:Senior Graphic Designer
Working Schedule : 10am-6pm EST- Remote
Salary Range :Market Related (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Designer to help shape and elevate our brand's visual identity across all platforms. This role will take ownership of creative concepts from ideation through execution, translating marketing objectives and complex ideas into compelling, high-quality visual experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker with a refined eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. They should be comfortable taking initiative, presenting creative ideas, and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Concept, develop, and produce a wide range of visual materials, including digital ads, website graphics, email templates, social content, presentations, and print collateral.
- Own creative projects from concept through final execution, ensuring work is thoughtful, polished, and aligned with overall brand objectives.
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into strategic, visually compelling creative concepts.
- Provide fast, tactical execution when needed while maintaining a high standard of quality and brand consistency.
- Help evolve and strengthen the visual identity and creative expression of the brand across channels.
- Create visual mockups, prototypes, and presentations to communicate creative concepts and gain stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain consistency across all creative output while identifying opportunities to elevate the brand experience.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and other cross-functional teams to understand project goals, briefs, and timelines.
- Bring creative perspective and solutions to projects, proactively contributing ideas rather than solely executing existing direction.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, proactively communicating timelines, challenges, and bandwidth.
- Present creative concepts and clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity of the overall creative vision.
- Organize and maintain a central library of design assets, ensuring files are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Develop and maintain reusable templates and creative systems that improve consistency and efficiency.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and technologies to continually elevate the quality and efficiency of creative output.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and ways of working.
Requirements

- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in other design tools.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- A strong professional portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, creative versatility, and a high level of craft.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to confidently articulate creative decisions and rationale.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed, quality, and strategic thinking.
- Proactive, organized, and highly communicative.
- Conceptual and creatively curious, with a strong eye for detail.
- Execution-focused while able to think strategically and contribute to the bigger creative vision.
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
- Flexible, collaborative, kind, and emotionally intelligent.
- Familiarity with U.S. pop culture, consumer trends, and contemporary visual culture.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
