Senior Manager, Analytics

Collects and analyzes data on the casino’s events, promotions, offers, and programs and provides recommendations and insights back to the business with observations, comments, and suggestions for action. Helps companies make marketing decisions by assessing their promotional needs, gathering pertinent data, and analyzing the results. Define and drive Marketing Analytics strategic roadmap Conceive and create new customer segmentations and models to help understand customer lifecycle and behavior. Perform regular analysis that identifies actionable marketing insights, marketing-influenced revenue opportunities, and functional cost-savings Drive Marketing Analytics strategy and execution alignment through regular business reviews and stakeholder meetings. Collaborate and contribute to a center of excellence for Marketing Analytics and a set of implementations, processes, and communications to gain marketing operational and production efficiencies. Drive data warehouse development to ensure 360 degrees of all customer interactions across the resort. Requirements Strong measurement and analysis skills Ability to use customer data to generate analytical insights. Technical skills to clean, transform, merge and filter data from a variety of data sources.
