AI Automation & Systems Implementation Manager (Remote) - 62605156487
Quick Summary
Take complete architectural ownership of HubSpot CRM workflows, designing automated sequences that streamline complex B2B sales cycles.
Advanced, deep-tier understanding of HubSpot CRM, data objects, custom properties, and multi-stage workflow structures.
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, PST
We are a multi-disciplinary corporate group operating two distinct, high-growth business divisions: a premier, large-scale live entertainment and event production company that designs experiences for international brands, and a highly lucrative short- and medium-term real estate rental company.
As both entities scale, we are experiencing an influx of data, inbound sales leads, and manual administrative demands. Rather than continuously throwing manual labor at these problems, our strategic objective is to build a hyper-efficient, highly integrated, and automated corporate backbone.
This is a high-impact, transformative position designed for a brilliant system generalist, implementation leader, or low-code developer who lives to make business systems communicate seamlessly.
Reporting across both our entertainment and real estate arms, your core mission is to optimize operational efficiency. You will map out internal workflows, connect disparate platforms using tools like Zapier/Make, engineer advanced automation loops inside HubSpot CRM, and build custom AI-powered endpoints (using large language models like Claude, OpenAI APIs, or custom knowledge-base chatbots) to automate high-friction operational tasks. From crafting daily executive data briefings to implementing automated, instant response mechanisms for incoming real estate inquiries, you will be our ultimate internal problem solver.
