Our client is a fast-growing Canadian bridal and fashion group operating multiple business divisions across North America. The organization includes a wholesale bridal gown brand that designs and manufactures for global retailers, as well as a growing portfolio of company-owned bridal boutiques across Canada, including Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Ottawa, and an upcoming Montreal location.
In addition to the bridal business, the company also operates a diversity-focused modeling agency and is launching a direct-to-consumer summer dress brand. With approximately 40 employees and annual revenues of $5–6 million, the company is scaling rapidly and sold more than 3,500 dresses last year.
To support continued growth, the company is seeking a highly detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial administration across multiple entities.
About the Role
~1 min readThis is a hands-on bookkeeping and financial operations role focused on maintaining accurate and efficient day-to-day financial workflows. The client is seeking someone process-driven, reliable, and committed to long-term stability within the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founder and internal team to support invoicing, reconciliations, accounts receivable follow-ups, purchase order tracking, and operational bookkeeping functions across the bridal and modeling divisions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and is highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. This role requires someone who can maintain a very low margin for error while efficiently managing repetitive financial and administrative processes.
The client highly values long-term retention and is looking for a professional who can become the operational backbone of the finance function.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create and manage daily invoices within QuickBooks.
- →Apply, reconcile, and track incoming payments.
- →Send payment reminders and follow up on overdue invoices.
- →Perform daily bank feed reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- →Process purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate tracking records in Google Sheets.
- →Assign order numbers and ensure precise data entry across systems.
- →Support bookkeeping and financial administration across multiple business entities.
- →Maintain organized digital documentation and records.
- →Collaborate with internal stakeholders during PST business hours.
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience in bookkeeping, AP, or AR roles.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent attention to detail and high data accuracy.
- Comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks with consistency.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience using Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional remote work environment.
- Ability to work full-time PST business hours.
- Stable work history with a long-term mindset preferred.
