We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Project Manager to support internal teams with CRM management, lead tracking, and data validation. This role is essential to maintaining clean and accurate data and ensuring smooth lead management processes.

Responsibilities

→Perform data validation and cleanup across spreadsheets and CRM platforms
→Maintain and update lead records and related sales data
→Support ongoing CRM updates and documentation
→Communicate effectively with internal teams via Slack and Google Workspace
→Monitor and manage inbound lead routing (no outbound sales required)
→Ensure data accuracy and identify gaps or inconsistencies
