Email Marketing Manager
Role: Email Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Independent contractor
Working Hours: Flexible, with availability to support UK launches and deadlines
Our client is an established, industry-recognised online training provider that helps midlife career changers, predominantly women aged 45–65 in the UK and Ireland, become professional celebrants.
They sell premium self-paced certification programmes priced between £1,500 and £3,000, combining online learning, one-to-one mentoring, and business launch support. They are profitable, growing, and generate consistent demand through quizzes, webinars, and content.
Email is one of our most important channels. We currently send over 90,000 emails per month to a list of more than 60,000 subscribers. We are now hiring a dedicated Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of this channel and raise the quality, consistency, and commercial impact of our email marketing.
The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for owning and operating the email marketing channel end to end.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations and is critical to how we:
- Nurture leads over time.
- Support webinar and evergreen sales.
- Prepare high-intent leads for sales calls.
- Communicate clearly, fairly, and consistently with our audience.
You will be the single point of accountability for marketing emails across the business. This is not a purely creative role, nor a purely technical one. We are looking for someone who understands how email drives behaviour and revenue, and who can execute reliably at scale.
