About the Role
~1 min readThe Corporate Recruiter will manage the full hiring lifecycle, partnering closely with department leaders to identify talent needs and attract high-quality candidates who align with the company’s culture and values. This role requires strong sourcing ability, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to support hiring activities throughout the business day. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of representing the company professionally to prospective hires.
Responsibilities

- →Manage the hiring process from intake through offer acceptance.
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- →Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- →Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
- →Negotiate job offers and compensation packages.
Sourcing & Talent Attraction
- →Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, professional networks, events, and educational institutions.
- →Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet quarterly and annual hiring goals.
- →Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
- →Promote the company’s culture and opportunities to attract strong candidates.
Pipeline & Process Management
- →Track candidates throughout the recruitment pipeline and maintain accurate records.
- →Manage job postings, recruitment budgets, and advertising metrics across platforms.
- →Write and update job descriptions as hiring needs evolve.
- →Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding & Communication
- →Maintain an active online presence by supporting recruitment-related content on social media.
- →Update the company’s careers page with current opportunities.
- →Stay informed on hiring trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
