ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Lead AI Medical Editor to join our dynamic team and set the gold standard for high-quality, compliant, and scientifically accurate pharmaceutical marketing content. This position will play a critical role in reviewing AI-generated content to ensure it is medically valid, aligned with brand guidelines, and fully compliant with regulatory standards (FDA/EMA). You will be responsible for final quality control and act as the linchpin for delivering content that meets the needs of our pharmaceutical clients, ultimately shaping the future of content creation, review, and approval at scale in the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure medical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with brand and client guidelines.
- →Edit promotional materials (emails, brochures, slide decks) for clarity, consistency, grammar, and formatting.
- →Collaborate with design, copy, and AI teams to maintain high-quality outputs.
- →Help define editorial standards and improve AI review workflows.
- →Provide guidance to teammates and contribute to documentation and best practices
