Low/No-Code Automation & Systems Specialist - 19453

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Low/No-Code Automation & Systems Specialist to manage, maintain, and enhance our internal systems infrastructure. This role is responsible for supporting and optimizing our Knack database, building and troubleshooting automations in Make (formerly Integromat) and Zapier, and helping teams streamline workflows through scalable low/no-code solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, technically curious, and able to translate operational needs into reliable system improvements. This person will play a key role in increasing efficiency, reducing manual work, and ensuring seamless communication across systems throughout the organization.

• Maintain and optimize our Knack database structure, workflows, forms, views, and user permissions
• Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Troubleshoot system issues, bugs, and workflow failures quickly and effectively
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated platforms

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automations using Make and Zapier
• Design efficient workflows that reduce manual processes and improve operational scalability
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance system connectivity
• Monitor automation performance and proactively resolve errors or failures

• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to identify inefficiencies and automate repetitive tasks
• Document workflows, system logic, and standard operating procedures
• Recommend scalable low/no-code solutions to support company growth
• Continuously evaluate tools and technologies that can improve operational efficiency

• Serve as an internal resource for system troubleshooting and workflow support
• Train team members on system functionality and best practices when required
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support the implementation of new systems, integrations, and process improvements

• Experience managing or building systems in Knack or similar low-code database platforms
• Hands-on experience with Make (Integromat) and/or Zapier
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think logically through workflows and system dependencies
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
• Familiarity with CRM, operations, or workflow management systems
• Basic understanding of relational databases and system architecture
• Experience working in operations-heavy or service-based businesses
• Knowledge of additional low/no-code tools and platforms
