Marketing Technologist (Systems, Automation & Funnel Infrastructure)
We are a high-growth financial education platform on a mission to help families break free from traditional financial systems and build lasting wealth. Having helped over 10,000 families through our flagship programs, we are expanding rapidly into new learning paths.
We are seeking a full-time, remote Marketing Technologist based in LATAM or South Africa to own the tech, tracking, and backend infrastructure that powers our high-performance marketing funnels. You will work as the "Engine Room" alongside our Media Buyer to implement, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns.
Ensure all marketing funnels, automation systems, landing pages, and event infrastructure are running efficiently and error-free. You are responsible for the technical execution that allows our Media Buyer and Marketing Director to focus on messaging and traffic. Your success is measured by optimized funnel performance, increased conversion rates, and accurate revenue attribution.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Infrastructure: Build and maintain high-converting landing pages and funnels within GoHighLevel (GHL) and HubSpot.
- Connectivity: Manage and troubleshoot complex automation workflows using Zapier.
- Optimization: Implement updates to forms, redirect flows, and countdown timers. Apply conversion-optimized copy provided by the creative team.
- Attribution: Install and maintain critical tracking infrastructure, including Meta Pixels, UTM parameters, and Conversions API (CAPI).
- QA: Conduct end-to-end testing of every funnel—verifying redirects, email delivery, and workflow enrollment before launch.
- Launches: Build and schedule multi-channel Email and SMS campaigns for new product launches.
- Virtual Events: Own the technical execution of our monthly flagship virtual event. This includes managing Zoom webinar logistics, AddEvent integrations, and automated reminder sequences.
- Segmentation: Manage clean audience segmentation across various ticket types and lead sources to ensure personalized automation paths.
