Our client, a company focused on delivering platform solutions, expert services, and AI-driven automation, is seeking a Sales Representative (AI-Native SDR) to support outbound growth initiatives.
This role is centered on building a modern, AI-enabled sales motion, leveraging tools and automation to drive efficient prospecting and pipeline generation across multiple product lines.
The primary function of this role is to execute outbound sales efforts across multiple channels, generating qualified meetings and building a strong pipeline through AI-assisted prospecting and outreach.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Execute outbound sales campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- →Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ZoomInfo)
- →Identify and engage key decision-makers across defined ICPs
- →Generate and qualify leads, booking meetings for the sales team
- →Maintain accurate records of all outreach and activity
- →Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies using AI tools
- →Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes and playbooks
- AI-driven solution that replaces expensive consultants for compliance work

Requirements
~1 min read- 2–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales roles
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Claude) and data platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo)
- Strong ability to build lists, synthesize contact data, and personalize outreach
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable executing a high-volume, multi-channel outreach strategy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience selling technical, SaaS, or AI-related products
- Familiarity with compliance, ESG, or risk management solutions
- Experience working in early-stage or fast-growing environments
- Strong curiosity and adaptability with emerging AI tools and workflows
- Full-time, remote position
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
