About the Role
~1 min readWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Media Assistant to support the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns.
This role is critical in ensuring campaigns are set up accurately, tracked properly, and optimized efficiently. You will work closely with the media and marketing teams to assist in campaign launches, monitor performance, and maintain organized reporting systems.
This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, process-driven, and eager to grow within digital marketing and media operations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Assist in setting up digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately with proper targeting, budgets, and creatives
- Support campaign scheduling and deployment timelines
- Maintain organized records of all campaign activities
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues or anomalies
- Assist in making adjustments based on performance data and team direction
- Track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI
- Support ongoing optimization efforts to improve results
- Build and maintain performance reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Track campaign KPIs and ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Assist in preparing reports for internal teams and clients
- Organize and maintain historical campaign data
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather creative assets and campaign materials
- Ensure proper formatting and alignment of assets across platforms
- Maintain an organized library of media assets
- Support the media team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist in documenting processes and workflows
- Help improve efficiency in campaign management and reporting systems
- Handle ad hoc tasks as needed to support marketing operations
- 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, or marketing support roles
- Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
- Experience working with data, reporting, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate level or higher)
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Comfortable working with multiple tools and systems
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboards (Google Data Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Basic understanding of tracking tools (Google Analytics, pixels, UTM parameters)
