→Assist in creating purchase orders and managing purchase requisitions
→Ensure delivery of goods and services in accordance with user requirements and delivery schedules
→Communicate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies in billing or orders
→Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing information
→Assist in developing and maintaining inventory management systems
→Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
→Support departmental efforts in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

→Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
→At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferably in a related industry
→Excellent communication and negotiation skills
→Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and Word
