We are a performance-marketing driven company that routes live advertising traffic across a global portfolio of partners. This role sits at the center of that operation, ensuring traffic is continuously optimized based on real-time performance data.

This is not a marketing strategy role. It is a live operations position focused on execution, monitoring, and rapid decision-making in a high-speed environment.

• Operate within a real-time ad traffic environment, making continuous adjustments based on live performance signals
• Manage a network of external partners simultaneously, ensuring traffic is routed efficiently
• Own execution during assigned shifts, acting as the point of control for live traffic decisions
• Work in a high-intensity, data-driven environment similar to trading desks or live operations centers
• Collaborate asynchronously with internal teams using chat-based communication (minimal meetings)
• Cover shifts within 5:00/6:00 AM – 8:00 PM PDT, including some weekends

• →Monitor live traffic flows, KPIs, and system performance in real time
• →Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
• →Adjust traffic allocation across partners to improve performance outcomes
• →Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize performance impact
• →Coordinate with multiple external stakeholders to manage traffic distribution
• →Build, update, and maintain reports using spreadsheets and data tools
• →Document actions, insights, and issues clearly for team visibility
• →Ensure operational accuracy and consistency during live shifts

• Experience in real-time operations (e.g., live systems monitoring, trading environments, NOCs, support ops — not planning roles)
• Ability to manage multiple external stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical and data skills, including:
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
  • SQL (preferred)
  • Experience with BI tools or AI-assisted workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, async-first communication)
• C2-level English proficiency
• Availability to work:
  • Shift-based schedule within 5:00/6:00 AM – 8:00 PM PDT
  • Weekend rotations as needed

• Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
• Background in high-frequency decision environments (e.g., trading, gaming ops, logistics control towers)

• This is a high-responsibility execution role, not a planning or strategy position
