Availability: Must be available for occasional virtual meetings (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw footage into high-quality content for social media and advertising channels. This role is critical in supporting a fast-paced content pipeline, requiring consistent output, strong storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of performance-driven video editing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and capable of producing engaging content that aligns with brand standards and resonates with target audiences. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Edit both short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos
- →Review and organize raw footage to identify high-performing clips
- →Execute editing projects based on creative direction and briefs
- →Support content creation for organic social media and paid advertising campaigns
- →Maintain a high production cadence, including:
- →3–4 short-form videos per day
- →1 long-form video per week
- →Ensure consistency in branding, pacing, tone, and visual style
- →Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas and creative improvements
- →Deliver content within tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements

- Proficiency with:
- CapCut
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Familiarity with major social platforms:
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of:
- Hook-driven content strategies
- Retention-focused editing techniques
- Viral content pacing and trends
- Ability to:
- Craft compelling narratives through editing
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Communicate clearly in English
- Exceptional attention to detail
