As Product Manager – Fan Platform & D2C, you will work closely with our SaaS partner, UI/UX, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and enhance features across our fan platform. You'll translate user and business requirements into clear product specifications, help design and optimize Artist Pages and customer journeys, and support the launch of digital products and experiences across content, commerce, and fan engagement. Success in this role means delivering intuitive, user-centric features that improve the fan experience and contribute to the platform's growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Work closely with our SaaS partner and UI/UX team to design, develop, test, and launch new features and enhancements across the Fan Platform
- →Help design and optimize Artist Pages, fan journeys, and other platform experiences to improve usability, engagement, and conversion.
- →Create wireframes, user flows, and product documentation, ensuring features align with business objectives and user needs.
- →Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Content, and Product teams to support feature launches and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- →Monitor platform performance, analyse user behaviour and feedback, and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
- →Gather business and user requirements and translate them into clear product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Previous Experience: ~5 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Development, UI/UX, or Business Analysis, with experience working on consumer-facing web or mobile applications. Experience collaborating with engineering teams or SaaS platforms is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field. Certifications in Product Management, UX, or Agile are a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user journey mapping, wireframing (Figma or similar), product documentation (PRDs, user stories), Agile methodologies, and product analytics. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
