Facilities & Special Project Assistant

Looking to add another great talented individual to our team at our home office in Jacksonville, TX

Must be willing to reside within 30 minutes of our home office, train at one of our local restaurants, and have a great inviting personality who can work well with others.

1. →Assists with timely plan for the completion and opening of new facilities by:

 

• →Ensures all utilities are located at the property line.

 

• →Ensures proper zoning and drive through is allowed by right.

 

• →Engages surveyors and geotechnical companies for each project.  

 

• →Coordinates equipment purchases and assures timely/cost efficient delivery and installation.

 

• →Assists in developing, organizing and executing plans for new store opening.

 

1. →Takes lead on special construction projects from inception to completion.  

 

1. →Maintains a warranty tracking system for special construction projects to make sure that necessary repairs that are covered under warranties are being properly filed and paid.

 

1. →In charge of developing cost saving ideas in regard to the utility costs, as well as implementing and training each store location on these cost saving ideas.

 

 

 

1. Assures quality while maximizing cost efficiency.

 

1. Held accountable for real estate project due diligence and special construction projects.

 

1. Keeps current on any municipal ordinance/code changes.
