3D Modeller/ 3D Visualizer

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer / Modeller to create high-quality exterior elevations, interior designs, and realistic 3D renders for architectural and design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, lighting, materials, and detailing, and be able to translate drawings and concepts into visually compelling 3D outputs.

-Create accurate 3D models based on architectural drawings, sketches, and references
-Develop exterior elevation models and renders for residential and commercial projects
-Produce interior 3D models and photorealistic renders (living spaces, offices, retail, etc.)
-Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environments
-Prepare high-quality still renders (and walkthroughs/animations if required)
-Coordinate with architects, designers, and project teams for design inputs and revisions
-Make revisions based on client or internal feedback within deadlines
-Maintain organized project files and naming standards.

-Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer / 3D ModellerStrong knowledge of 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender / Maya (any one or more)
-Proficiency in rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, or similar
-Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software for reference drawings
-Good understanding of architectural design, proportions, and detailing
-Ability to create realistic lighting and textures for both interior and exterior scenes
-Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
