PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking creative Production Manager to support the daily operations . This role is ideal for someone with a design background who is equally comfortable in a creative environment and an executive setting.

Person will working closely with the leadership to manage meetings, oversee project coordination, handle official communication, and represent when needed—both in person and remotely. This position requires a professional who is organized, proactive, and able to travel sometimes for assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and conducting meetings alongside senior leadership

Manage office tasks, scheduling, and administrative duties

Make and receive professional calls on behalf of the organization

Support in coordinating ongoing projects and tracking progress

Travel for work-related activities, including client meetings and site visits.[ Occasionally]

Maintain organized communication and follow-ups with clients and vendors

Contribute to creative discussions and design-related tasks as needed
