Requirements:
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent
- Licensed to practice independently by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health services to a diverse clientele.
- Communicate client needs and updates to the treatment team as needed.
- Maintain current and accurate documentation of services using an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Participate in weekly Staff Meetings
- Other duties as assigned
