About the Role:
We are seeking provisionally or fully licensed clinicians who value collaboration, clinical growth, and meaningful client relationships. We welcome therapists from diverse backgrounds, specialties, and theoretical orientations. Provisionally licensed clinicians receive structured supervision and mentorship.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient mental health services
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation in our HER
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team
- Participate in weekly staff meetings
- Uphold ethical and regulatory standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
- Licensed or provisionally licensed through DORA.
- Ability to work full-time in person
Compensation Model
This is a flat-rate billable compensation structure. The minimum required billing expectation is 26 client hours per week. Clinicians have the opportunity to increase earnings by billing above the minimum threshold.
