Specialty Counseling & Consulting (SCC) is a CARF-accredited, multi-specialty outpatient counseling group grounded in a team-based, wraparound approach to care. We work together to provide help, hope, and healing in our communities — while also protecting balance, boundaries, and clinician wellbeing.

Why Therapists Choose SCC

At SCC, you are not building a practice alone. You are joining a collaborative clinical team with built-in support, consultation, and leadership access.

We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation through a flat-rate billable model
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Full-time benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Quarterly bonus eligibility
  • Professional development budget
  • Individual and group supervision opportunities
  • Administrative support team and full office services
  • Immediate client referrals — no marketing required
  • Private office space
  • Minimum billing expectation of 26 client hours per week
  • Opportunity to increase earnings based on billable volume

About the Role:

We are seeking provisionally or fully licensed clinicians who value collaboration, clinical growth, and meaningful client relationships. We welcome therapists from diverse backgrounds, specialties, and theoretical orientations. Provisionally licensed clinicians receive structured supervision and mentorship.

This is an excellent fit for clinicians who:

  • Appreciate being part of a strong, supportive team
  • Value consultation and shared clinical wisdom
  • Want autonomy in their schedule while maintaining accountability
  • Are interested in developing specialty areas or passion-focused work

Our Mission

To provide excellent behavioral health services to diverse clients through a collaborative, evidence-based, wraparound team of clinicians.

Our Vision

To meet the needs of our communities while modeling balance, boundaries, and self-care within our own organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatient mental health services
  • Accurate and timely clinical documentation in our HER
  • Communicate effectively with the treatment team
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings
  • Uphold ethical and regulatory standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Licensed or provisionally licensed through the Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board
  • Ability to work full-time in person

Compensation Model

This is a flat-rate billable compensation structure. The minimum required billing expectation is 26 client hours per week. Clinicians have the opportunity to increase earnings by billing above the minimum threshold.
