Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to evaluate financial impact of initiatives, campaigns, and pricing strategies.
- →Lead business case development and financial modeling for strategic projects, pilots, and new product launches.
- →Provide financial recommendations to leadership on resource allocation, investment prioritization, and pricing decisions.
- →Facilitate planning cycles by integrating financial perspectives into strategic roadmaps and OKRs.
- →Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying drivers of variance and proposing mitigation strategies.
- →Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic positioning and margin optimization.
- →Support decisions related to customer profitability, working capital, and operational efficiency.
- →Promote financial literacy and accountability across business units through training and coaching.
- →Collaborate with Data and Strategy teams to align KPIs and ensure consistent performance tracking.
- →Serve as finance liaison for external consultants, supporting audits, tax matters, and regulatory compliance.
- →Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting standards.
- →Influence cross-functional teams by translating financial insights into strategic actions.
- →Represent Finance in cross-functional governance forums, ensuring alignment between financial goals and business execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Location: Monterrey
- Experience: 1-3 years in financial business partnering, or strategic finance roles.
- Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
- Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities
- Excellent communication and storytelling with data
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- ERP system knowledge and process improvement mindset
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
