At Splend, we’re on a mission to fundamentally change the way people own and operate a vehicle. With a strategic focus on Rideshare, we provide our customers straight forward, no strings attached access to vehicle ownership.

But we aren’t just about vehicle ownership; We are also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, and we are leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

About the role

Looking to step away from being on the tools or constantly on the road — without leaving the industry you know inside out?

Join Splend, a growing, tech-driven business where assessing is done in a modern office environment, supported by smart systems, strong processes, and a collaborative team that values experience and good judgement.

We’re seeking a trade-qualified Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Vehicle Assessing team, based in our Sydney CBD office. This is a stable, Monday–Friday, office-based role where you’ll use your technical expertise to assess vehicle damage and determine safe, cost-effective repair solutions for our self-insured fleet.

While prior assessing experience is ideal, we’re also open to candidates from estimating or hands-on repair backgrounds who are keen to learn, pick things up quickly, and build a career in assessing.
