  • Guide and execute scalable platform decisions for the CRM backend to support future product growth and complexity.
  • Oversee and define the strategy for third-party integrations, managing data import, export, and synchronization capabilities for the CRM platform.
  • Leverage the latest technical advancements in data management, including AI/ML techniques, to drive data normalization, canonical data model creation, and automated insights/recommendations within the CRM backend.
  • Lead and align a dedicated team of engineers, prioritizing their work and managing the technical roadmap for the CRM backend platform.
  • Partner with other PMs and data partners (analytics, data science, marketing) to seek out answers to data questions that impact multiple teams.
  • Influence and inform team/group strategy through passionate and well-reasoned presentation of ideas.
  • Contribute to OKRs, team and product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
  • Be a single, mutually supporting-force with your partners in design, engineering, UX research, and product analytics.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on backend systems, data models, or platform products.
  • Strong technical background and experience in data management, data modeling, and data strategy.
  • Well versed in managing technical requirements for third-party integrations (import, export, sync) and data partnerships.
  • Experience in leveraging modern data management techniques, including AI/ML, for data quality, transformation, and automated insight generation.
  • Ability to take a vague problem, research and prepare a compelling proposal for action that will drive key outcomes.
