Position Overview
The Provider Compliance Supervisor oversees a statewide team of Nurse Reviewers responsible for ensuring provider compliance, quality assurance, and timely completion of all project deliverables. This role requires strong clinical expertise, supervisory experience, and the ability to lead remote teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a statewide team of Nurse Reviewers, including training, coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action.
Ensure all reviews and work activities are completed within contractual timelines and meet quality standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all project deliverables.
Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
Support completion of reviews and conduct on‑site provider visits as needed.
Utilize technology and web‑based systems to manage, track, and monitor all assigned work.
Monitor and reassign tasks to ensure efficient operations and timely on‑site coordination.
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required)
Experience
4+ years of experience working with:
Critical care providers, public health providers, or providers serving children, older adults, individuals with traumatic brain injury, or individuals with developmental disabilities.
2+ years of experience managing quality assurance activities such as provider monitoring, Medicaid/third‑party billing, or provider training.
2+ years of clinical experience in settings such as home health, community health, hospitals, private practice, long‑term care, mental health, community‑based programs, or programs serving special populations.
Certification
Active Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license required.
Working Conditions
Remote work with required on‑site visits within Illinois.
Supervisory Responsibility
Responsible for supervising a statewide team of Nurse Reviewers.
