We’re looking for a proactive and professional Client Success Associate to support international customers with onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management. This role focuses on helping clients feel supported, informed, and connected by tracking progress, coordinating updates, and ensuring their needs are met. If you’re someone who communicates clearly, builds trust easily, and enjoys keeping client relationships strong, this is a great long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Support onboarding, orientation, and initial setup processes
- Track client needs, requests, and ongoing project updates
- Schedule check-ins, gather feedback, and share progress reports
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and resolve concerns early
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or project management tools
- Support clients across industries such as SaaS, digital marketing, real estate, e-commerce, and professional services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using Google Workspace, MS Office, and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Trello, Notion)
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive — or similar)
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts
- Professional presentation, good judgment, and consistent follow-through
- Prior customer-facing or client management experience is a plus

Work Schedule
